Preparations for the 2013 national selection are well under way in Norway. Late last night the local broadcaster NRK confirmed that the first semi-final will be competed on January 19th in Steinkjer.
This is the first time when Steinkjer will host Melodi Grand Prix semi-final. The town is located in the middle of Norway. MGP semi-final will take place on Campus Steinkjer which can host up to 3,000 spectators.
NRK haven’t yet announced where the other semi-finals and the final will be held.
